Changes to the Federal Tax System Based on 2017 Tax Bill

Mike Leboeuf, longtime Essex Rotary member and a Certified Public Account extraordinaire, will summarize the major changes to the U.S. Tax Code that resulted from the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, passed by the US Congress in December.  Bring your note pad and your questions.  While we might have picked a lighter topic for Valentines Day, Mike has promised to keep the this serious topic fun and informative.  While most of the tax law changes are relevant to 2018, some will have impacts on the 2017 tax season.
