Introducing Big Beautiful Life Walk, Run & Roll - June 10 and Addi's story

Ian, Tammy and their children recently lost Addison Carroll (also know as 15A1 - her Essex Fire Department call sign).  Hundreds of area residents came out to honor Addi and her fight against an undiagnosed disease that stumped medical professionals from Vermont to the National Institute of Health.  You can read more about Addi and the Carroll family here. 

To keep Addi's spirit alive in our community, the Carroll family has founded Big Beautiful Life Walk, Run & Roll, an event to raise funds and to remember Addi being held on June 10 (Saturday) at 10 AM at Founders Memorial School in Essex Town.  This "walk-a-thon" type fund raiser is but one initiatie of Big Beautiful Life. 

Essex Rotary was lucky to have a short visit by Addi and a speech by Tammy as we recognized the work of the Essex Fire Department and Chief Charlie Cole at our Service Above Self dinner.
