Essex Town Center (ETC) NEXT

The Town of Essex is undertaking a review of the Plan that governs the area called the Essex Town Center - this accounts for the name ETC NEXT.  The Town Center includes the area around the Essex Shoppes and Cinemas, extending out Route 15 to the intersection of RT 15 and RT 128.

Overview

This update to the ETC master plan reexamines this future, with an eye towards nurturing

outcomes that align with the overall objectives for the Town and enhance the quality of life for
