Update on Development Issues in the Town

Owiso Makuku is the Community Development Director for the town of Essex.  Her development work focuses on the Town outside of the Village.  Owiso will update Essex Rotary on Development activity in the community including insights on the ETC Next planning process, the Essex Experience, Saxon Hill Business Park projects and Town efforts to assist businesses survive the COVID-19 crisis.
