Update on Essex PD - and Introduction to Essex Rotary

Chief Hoague was appointed to be the head of Essex Police Department in July 2020 - a mid-pandemic appointment.  He will join us to to explain how he views his work leading the Essex PD - and to talk about Essex PD will address some of the national policing issues.  You can read the Essex Reporter account of his appointment here.
