In February 2018, Evan assumed the mantle as the consolidated Town and Village Manager. He has recently joined Essex Rotary. This conversation will give Essex Rotary a chance to "meet" Evan and to hear about the challenges he faces in managing two municipal entities who are successfully consolidating services and will possibly attempt to merge.
