Festive Holiday Luncheon for Essex Area Seniors
The Essex Rotary Club is planning to host the annual Senior Lunch on December 7 at the Essex Fair Grounds. In previous years we have partnered with the Knights of Columbus but they will not be available this year. So, all the responsibility for the set up and hosting the meal will be ours. Members of the Essex Lions Club will be participating this year.
On Tuesday December 6 from 9 A:M to 11:00 A:M we will need six to eight members to place table cloths on the tables, set out all the sugar, salt and pepper, and silverware plus be sure the room is set up to host approximately 200 seniors.
On Wednesday December 6 we will need twenty members to arrive by ?? Clean up, as in previous years, will be from 1 PM to 2 PM.
So, we will generally need "all hands on deck". Please indicate if you can help with this event so it can be a success. Please respond to me so I can be assured we will have adequate coverage.
