An Introduction to the Mission and Projects of the Essex Energy Committee

For about 5 years, Will Dodge has revitalized the efforts of the Essex Town Energy Committee.  Will will bring Essex Rotary up to date on the Committee's efforts and plans.  Essex is very lucky to have Will leading the effort to improve energy issues in the Town.  As an attorney at Downs, Rachlin, Martin, he heads up Environment, Energy and Telecommunications for the firm.
