Vermont is the only state with and Energy Efficiency Utility - it's call Efficiency Vermont.  Every month when Essex Rotary members pay their electric bill, you fund this unique service.  Bob Murphy will explain how Efficiency Vermont works, how it relates to its "parent corporation" Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC), and how you can use the services it provides and benefits from rebates and incentives offered.
